Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, providing insights and recommendations on key initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and oversee the execution of technology-related initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and processes within the technology teams.
• Facilitate communication between the technology department and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on technology performance and project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Lead special projects that support the CTO's priorities and initiatives.
• Support the recruitment and development of top technology talent within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technology management, product management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends in online learning and education technology.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or education sectors.
