Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, who are passionate about securing digital identities and enabling seamless access across enterprise systems. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions that align with our security policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including lifecycle management, access certifications, and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM services that meet business needs.
• Support onboarding of applications into the IAM framework, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to identity management and access controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, role-based access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell) for custom development within SailPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
