Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the agency.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a law enforcement or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
