We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance our recruitment and employee relations within our law enforcement agency. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the agency.
• Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on HR policies, recruitment best practices, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a law enforcement or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
