Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of materials and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with various HR administrative tasks.
- Participate in the development of HR programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data related to HR metrics and trends.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship for at least three months.
