Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of construction tasks including but not limited to framing, roofing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Utilize various tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete tasks.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a construction or skilled trade role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
