Responsibilities

• Manage internal endpoints and VPC Firewalls to enhance security boundaries.
• Add and configure Security Groups in AWS for various applications and environments.
• Oversee Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Access Management (IAM) within AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Create, audit, and maintain security policies for cloud-based applications.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and security of cloud services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
