Responsibilities

• Lead the organization, prioritization, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of data science initiatives that enable machine learning and AI solutions across the company.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Act as the Product Owner for a suite of data science enablement capabilities, collaborating with engineering teams to create prioritized roadmaps.
• Engage with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and various business stakeholders to accelerate innovation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and assess the performance of data science products, making adjustments as necessary to maximize business value.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of data science initiatives into existing processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly within the data science or analytics domain.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product development processes.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
