Job Overview
The Vice President of Omni Solutions is a senior sales leadership role that focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and enhancing team performance within the Omni portfolio at our company. This includes our Consumer Panel and integrated analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, while collaborating closely with product, consulting, and client success teams to deliver complex, consultative solutions to clients, primarily in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying sales representatives focusing on Omni solutions.
- Establish clear performance expectations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and accountability metrics to drive revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
- Provide ongoing coaching in complex deal strategy, executive engagement, and value-based selling techniques.
- Revenue Growth & Go-To-Market Execution: Own and deliver the go-to-market strategy for our Omni portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through the development of strategic initiatives that align with client needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine solutions and enhance client offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance visibility and positioning of our Omni capabilities in the marketplace.
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the FMCG and retail sectors.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and a deep understanding of analytics solutions.
- Exceptional ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
