About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) with a focus on Cloud Testing to join our Engineering Release & Test (ERT) team. As the gatekeeper for our software releases, the ERT team ensures that every release meets the highest enterprise readiness standards before it reaches our clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who is enthusiastic about quality assurance, cloud networking, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of test cases for small and medium features to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand testing requirements and improve processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality for all software releases.
• Assist in the creation of testing documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and environments.
• Basic programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
