Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing IT Platform Engineering team focused on enterprise identity and network infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of identity management systems including Okta, Lumos, and Delinea.
• Direct endpoint engineering initiatives to enhance user experience and security across all devices.
• Modernize remote access capabilities to support a growing global workforce.
• Manage the Joiner/Mover/Leaver transformation processes to ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with company goals and initiatives.
• Set performance metrics for team members and drive continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and technical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT management, specifically in platform engineering and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of identity management systems and enterprise security protocols.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a technology-driven company is preferred.
