Responsibilities

• Implement plan-o-gram updates to ensure product displays meet company standards.
• Restock displays and shelves to maintain product availability and visibility.
• Conduct surveys and audits to gather data on product placement and inventory levels.
• Assist in store remodels to enhance layout and optimize product placement.
• Tag products with security materials to prevent theft and ensure product safety.
• Service multiple retail locations within a designated territory on a recurring basis.
• Work independently while reporting directly to a District Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with store staff and management.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work variable hours based on store needs.
