Responsibilities
- Implement plan-o-gram updates to ensure product displays meet company standards.
- Restock displays and shelves to maintain product availability and visibility.
- Conduct surveys and audits to gather data on product placement and inventory levels.
- Assist in store remodels to enhance layout and optimize product placement.
- Tag products with security materials to prevent theft and ensure product safety.
- Service multiple retail locations within a designated territory on a recurring basis.
- Work independently while reporting directly to a District Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with store staff and management.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work variable hours based on store needs.
