Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support and guidance to carers, staff, and stakeholders regarding urgent issues involving children and young people.
• Manage incidents that arise outside of regular business hours in compliance with legislative and care standards.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved in after-hours situations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information.
• Document all incidents and responses appropriately to maintain clear records.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a similar role within the healthcare or social services sector.
• Strong understanding of child safety standards and legislation.
