Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for ongoing projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective data collection, analysis, and reporting on project outcomes and impact.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess project progress and adapt strategies as needed.
• Facilitate training sessions for local staff on MEAL processes and tools.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommendations for future projects.
• Work closely with partners and stakeholders to promote best practices in monitoring and evaluation.
• Support project management teams in planning and executing project activities efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within the development sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with data management software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
