Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of global HR data initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with HR strategies.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to guide teams on the new HR data systems and processes.
• Identify potential risks and challenges within the project scope and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the HR domain, with a focus on data implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
