Responsibilities

• Lead the product security research function, analyzing and mapping emerging threats.
• Translate research insights into actionable strategies to enhance product security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of cyber threats by continuously monitoring the threat landscape.
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations to improve system resilience.
• Develop and deliver training to internal teams on security best practices and emerging threats.
• Engage with external stakeholders to share knowledge and enhance our security posture.
• Contribute to the development of security-focused documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product security research or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and security principles.
• Proven experience in threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with security tools and frameworks is a plus.
