Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to oversee technical implementation and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with Technical Support and Product Management to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver customer success plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to help them maximize the use of our products.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of financial services products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
