Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of major financial services clients.
  • Drive customer outcomes and ensure clients realize measurable value from our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to oversee technical implementation and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work with Technical Support and Product Management to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and deliver customer success plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients to help them maximize the use of our products.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of financial services products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
