Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional field marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives for the Nordics and Benelux markets.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Directors, Sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Partnerships, and Sales Engineers to create and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that enhance brand awareness and generate demand in the target regions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing tactics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the wider EMEA Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Establish relationships with local partners and industry influencers to amplify Chainguard's presence and credibility in the market.
- Participate in key industry events and conferences to represent Chainguard and engage with potential customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Swedish, Dutch, Danish) is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Nordics and Benelux regions as needed.
