Responsibilities

• Design and implement security measures for the cloud infrastructure, ensuring the safety of our applications and customer data.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and software engineering teams to embed security practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying and mitigating risks associated with our cloud environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing expertise in the investigation and resolution of threats.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies and procedures related to cloud security.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance our security posture.
• Engage with customers to understand their security needs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in security best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
