Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the public sector or law enforcement.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
