Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
- Process and issue insurance documents, including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

Requirements
- Active insurance license in the relevant state(s) is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
