Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

Requirements

  • Active insurance license in the relevant state(s) is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
