Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign automation services, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Utilize Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket for project management and team collaboration.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on performance analytics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on the use of the Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign strategies and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of campaign automation and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
