About the Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Ad Creative Lead and User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize advertising strategies based on performance data.
• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to create compelling narratives and visuals that engage our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement in creative output.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our advertising remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing space.
• Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
