Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded Linux systems based on Yocto.
• Create, customize, and maintain Yocto meta-layers to meet project specifications.
• Implement and enhance Secure Boot mechanisms to ensure system integrity.
• Modify and configure U-Boot bootloader for optimal performance.
• Design and integrate secure software update solutions using RAUC or OSTree.
• Integrate hardware components, including SoCs and secure elements, into the system architecture.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Linux device drivers to support various hardware functionalities.
• Work with NAND flash memory technologies to enhance data storage solutions.
• Implement cybersecurity-related features and security mechanisms to protect embedded systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems at both software and hardware levels to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing embedded Linux systems, particularly with Yocto.
• Strong understanding of Secure Boot mechanisms and U-Boot bootloader configuration.
• Experience in designing software update solutions like RAUC or OSTree.
• Familiarity with integrating hardware components, including SoCs and secure elements.
• Proficient in developing Linux device drivers and working with NAND flash memory technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their application in embedded systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
