Key Responsibilities

• Architect for Scale: Lead the design and evolution of our global media processing and delivery infrastructure, ensuring low-latency, high-availability media for millions of users.
• Optimize Media Pipelines: Build and optimize resilient backend services for video and audio ingestion, distributed transcoding, and CDN routing.
• Drive AI Integration: Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance media experiences, leveraging machine learning for content optimization and personalization.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and data engineering to define and execute the media product strategy.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software development and architecture.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish monitoring and analytics for media services to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on media infrastructure.
• Proficiency in backend technologies and languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with video/audio processing frameworks and CDN technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
