Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote golf programs, events, and leagues to increase member engagement.
• Maintain relationships with local golfing organizations and promote the club within the community.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Prepare and manage the golf budget, including forecasting revenue and managing expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with staff and members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in golf management software and standard office applications.
