Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Manager for designated delivery efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Domain Tech Lead and Vertical Tech Lead to develop a comprehensive technical roadmap for mission outcomes in conjunction with Mission Heroes.
  • Align the product roadmaps of Defense Unicorns with the technical roadmap, providing critical feedback on feature delivery timelines to enhance user adoption.
  • Facilitate and share feedback between the Delivery and Product segments regarding OSS projects and productized services.
  • Work with technical leads to create a cohesive delivery roadmap that integrates with existing product roadmaps.
  • Adhere to company best practices in strategizing and developing effective delivery solutions.
  • Balance competing priorities among users, customers, stakeholders, and team members to deliver scalable mission value.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret Clearance.
  • Proven experience in product management or project management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
