  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and seize opportunities to grow their businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success role, preferably in the SaaS or mobile app industry.
  • Strong understanding of in-app monetization strategies and customer engagement best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
