Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Address a variety of customer inquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate information.
- Analyze payment history and notes to communicate relevant statuses to customers.
- Review customer contracts, including voluntary surrender and breakdowns of principal and interest payments.
- Guide customers through the processes related to open and closed accounts.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and platforms to assist customers proficiently.
- Document interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on customer issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work within our operational hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST.
