Responsibilities

  • Analyze payment history and notes to communicate relevant statuses to customers.
  • Review customer contracts, including voluntary surrender and breakdowns of principal and interest payments.
  • Guide customers through the processes related to open and closed accounts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and platforms to assist customers proficiently.
  • Document interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work within our operational hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST.
