Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback, ensuring our products meet their expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to increase product adoption.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs to help clients effectively utilize our platform.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues impacting client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud-based solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and success through proactive engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using CRM software and familiarity with customer success metrics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
