Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs to help clients effectively utilize our platform.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues impacting client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud-based solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and success through proactive engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience using CRM software and familiarity with customer success metrics.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
