Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the MarTech or AdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
