Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, providing tailored solutions that enhance their customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, ensuring seamless integration of our technology into client operations.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can drive value for clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Advocate for clients internally, communicating their needs and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Provide regular updates on account health and performance metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the MarTech or AdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
