Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding.

• Source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
