About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you will be a vital member of our Customer Success team, dedicated to ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience with our health and well-being solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the implementation process across the Asia-Pacific region, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and client teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Provide training and support for clients during the onboarding process to ensure they are comfortable using our solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues during the implementation to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve the implementation process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure that all goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or client implementation roles.
  • Strong understanding of health and well-being solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
