Responsibilities

- Oversee project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of localization tasks.
- Facilitate communication between project managers and team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues in the project lifecycle and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Support the Operations Manager in improving processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed and organized project records, including updates on resource allocation and task completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project coordination or localization.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of localization processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; familiarity with translation software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
