Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain innovative features for our open-source security infrastructure platform.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Optimize existing product lines including Infisical PKI, Infisical SSH, and Infisical KMS.
• Lead initiatives in secret rotation, dynamic secrets management, and secure access protocols.
• Work closely with the CTO and engineering team to implement new product features and improvements.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Engage in problem-solving for complex technical challenges that arise during development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Go, and experience with frameworks like React or Node.js.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and understanding of security protocols such as EST and KMIP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle a variety of technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members and customers.
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a high-performance team.
