Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their technical needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to deliver comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Manage the technical presales cycle, including product presentations, demonstrations, and responding to RFPs.
  • Develop and deliver technical content and materials that showcase the capabilities of our cloud-native business intelligence platform.
  • Assist in the creation of customized solutions that meet specific customer requirements and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional support during the onboarding process to ensure customer success and satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Work with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role in a software organization.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and cloud technologies, with experience in data analytics a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
