About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will take charge of developing and closing new business opportunities with some of the largest and most impactful companies across North America. Your role will focus on harnessing Motive's innovative platform to enhance operational efficiency and profitability for our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, leveraging our strong market position and extensive product offerings to meet the unique needs of enterprises in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise client relationships within the Great Lakes region.
- Conduct needs assessments and demonstrations of Motive's solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and report on sales activities and pipeline through our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the physical operations sector and its associated challenges.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
