Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to identify and understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value of Samsara's IoT solutions.
• Assist in the development of proposals and respond to RFPs, ensuring technical aspects align with client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical questions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Samsara’s products in the market.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably within the software or IoT industry.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software solutions and convey them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data analytics is a plus.
