Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and user interface designs that enhance the user experience across different platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design concepts.
• Maintain design consistency by establishing and updating design guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and address any design-related challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
