Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and make necessary adjustments to payroll systems.
• Generate payroll reports and provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the implementation of payroll best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
