Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support on immigration matters for international employees.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in immigration law or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with an emphasis on global mobility.
• Strong understanding of various international immigration processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
