Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mobility team to ensure seamless employee transitions across borders.
- Oversee compliance with local laws and regulations regarding international employment.
- Provide comprehensive immigration and relocation assistance to employees and clients.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding mobility-related inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement best practices for global talent acquisition and management.
- Monitor and analyze trends in mobility and immigration to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that values diverse talents and experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mobility management or international HR.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and global mobility processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in using HR software and tools for managing international assignments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining a focus on results.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
