Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mobility team to ensure seamless employee transitions across borders.
• Oversee compliance with local laws and regulations regarding international employment.
• Provide comprehensive immigration and relocation assistance to employees and clients.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding mobility-related inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement best practices for global talent acquisition and management.
• Monitor and analyze trends in mobility and immigration to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that values diverse talents and experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mobility management or international HR.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and global mobility processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools for managing international assignments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining a focus on results.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
