Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Track and manage leads and inquiries generated through various channels including email, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring proper assignment to the relevant Sales team members.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data within the company CRM (Salesforce) for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes daily, responding to customer inquiries or escalating them as necessary.
  • Assist in processing online charter reservations, ensuring that inquiries and bookings are handled accurately and promptly.
  • Manage online bookings for charter rentals, travel packages, and events, ensuring all details are correct and communicated effectively.
  • Upload engaging photos, videos, and marketing content across social media platforms to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound communications uphold the company’s high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within sales and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
