Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytics to model various compensation scenarios, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present compensation proposals to senior leadership, articulating insights with clarity and confidence, while being prepared for challenging questions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of compensation governance and its impact on team dynamics.
  • Stay updated on industry compensation trends and best practices to ensure our plans are competitive and effective.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of compensation plans on sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to drive optimal results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on sales incentive plans preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in creating and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in compensation software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
