Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of sales compensation plans tailored to our Partner Solutions division, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and product leadership to develop compensation strategies that motivate and drive performance across sales teams.
- Utilize advanced analytics to model various compensation scenarios, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Prepare and present compensation proposals to senior leadership, articulating insights with clarity and confidence, while being prepared for challenging questions.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of compensation governance and its impact on team dynamics.
- Stay updated on industry compensation trends and best practices to ensure our plans are competitive and effective.
- Monitor and assess the impact of compensation plans on sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to drive optimal results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on sales incentive plans preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Proven experience in creating and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in compensation software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
