Responsibilities

  • Act as a Sigma champion and product expert, providing customers with advice and expertise.
  • Advise customers on technical best practices, including Sigma best practices and patterns.
  • Guide customers in performance tuning and optimization of their solutions.
  • Ensure security measures are in place, including Single Sign-On (SSO), team organization, and row-level security.
  • Assist with embedded and API access for customers.
  • Support the integration of related data products, such as cloud data warehouses, ETL processes, and catalog tools.
  • Capture and relay product feedback from customers to the product team to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Identify new use cases to expand customer accounts and highlight areas where Sigma can deliver additional value, ensuring customer renewals.
  • Cultivate and nurture customer references to support the marketing team’s efforts.
  • Design and develop software solutions for Business Intelligence and analytics products while providing technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools and analytics solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training to customers.
  • Experience with performance tuning and best practices in technical environments.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and practices related to data access and management.
  • Experience working with API integrations and related data products.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
