Responsibilities

- Work independently on assigned requests and take initiative to assist clients effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Assist team members by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Participate in project teams focused on operational improvements and enhancements.
- Coach and mentor junior travel consultants in the absence of the team lead.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with strong knowledge of travel systems and processes.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
