About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to join our Enterprise team in Japan. In this role, you will focus on driving customer adoption, realizing value, and supporting expansion within our existing customer base. As a CSA, you will be the primary post-sales technical owner for our Enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment of our solutions and facilitating their long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for Enterprise customers post-deployment, guiding them through the ongoing evolution of their data architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
- Provide technical training and support to customers, enhancing their understanding and usage of our technology.
- Identify opportunities for solution expansion and assist customers in implementing new features and capabilities.
- Monitor customer health and usage metrics, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure continued success.
- Guide customers through strategic initiatives to enhance their data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably as a Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage multiple customer accounts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
