Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales to address customer needs and enhance product offerings.
  • Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive proactive outreach.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our software effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Support clients in the integration of connected devices, assisting with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, preferably in the technology or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of energy systems and software solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive decisions and improve customer experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
