About the Role

The Senior Qualified Success Architect will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for both new and existing customers. This role is at the forefront of the next generation of sales and marketing technology, where you will collaborate with clients to transform their sales and marketing processes by harnessing the power of conversational marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Agentic Marketing Platform, ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing systems.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and customize solutions to drive success.
• Provide ongoing support and training to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of the platform.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve the implementation process and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or a related role.
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
