Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects.
• Establish and maintain client relationships while ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all projects.
• Assist in business development efforts to expand the environmental consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer, Geologist) are a plus.
