Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects.
- Establish and maintain client relationships while ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all projects.
- Assist in business development efforts to expand the environmental consulting practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer, Geologist) are a plus.
