About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Customer Success Manager to enhance and manage relationships with our largest enterprise clients. As part of our Customer Success Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform. Responsibilities
- Guide and support a portfolio of approximately 20 strategic customers, ensuring product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Foster deep, consultative relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Act as a product expert, educating customers on best practices to leverage our platform effectively.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer feedback with product development and enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their success and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of supporting the implementation and adoption of complex technologies throughout the customer journey.
- Ability to manage a substantial portfolio with over $2 million in total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
