About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Customer Success Manager to enhance and manage relationships with our largest enterprise clients. As part of our Customer Success Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform. Responsibilities

  • Guide and support a portfolio of approximately 20 strategic customers, ensuring product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster deep, consultative relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Act as a product expert, educating customers on best practices to leverage our platform effectively.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer feedback with product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their success and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of supporting the implementation and adoption of complex technologies throughout the customer journey.
  • Ability to manage a substantial portfolio with over $2 million in total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
